Meals Ministry Opportunity - Proch Family

Meals Ministry Opportunity - Dombrowski Family

Kipp had an accident that required immediate surgery to repair his heel. It will require him to be off of work until he has no physical restrictions to return. Please sign up to help provide a meal or gift card as the family adjusts back to normal. For drop off... Knock on the front or back door between 5:15-7pm would be great. BOLD Lunch

Our next BOLD ladies’ lunch will be held on Thursday July 10th at 12:00 p.m. at Max & Erma's restaurant in Monroeville. If you have questions, please contact Patty Sanderson at 724-396-1809.

Youth Drive In

Our MS and HS students will be going to Evergreen Drive-In (Mt. Pleasant) on Friday, July 18th. We will be meeting at the church at 6:45pm. Cost is $11 per student ($6 for under 12) cash only. Please email Ryan Sanderson at rsanderson@churchrefuge.com if you are planning on coming.

Girl's Night Out

Refuge Women join us for a Girl's Night Out at Leslie House's Home on July 18th from 7-9pm. Please plan to bring a dish to share and a swimsuit if you would like to swim. Also, feel free to invite a friend! RSVP ahead of time to Leslie House 412-848-3647 or Sue Scimio 724-216-2884 so that we can plan accordingly.

Annual Church Picnic - Save the Date

Our Annual Church Picnic will be held on August 10th at Oak Hollow Park

DR Mission Trip

Please pray for our team and preparations for our upcoming mission trip to Children of Peace Foundation in the Dominican Republic from July 19 -26. Each participant is asked to raise $1500 to cover the trip cost. If you would like to donate to an individual participating in the trip or to the general scholarship fund, you may do so by selecting “Missionary Support” through our online giving platform, or by noting it in the memo section of a cash or check donation. Donations made to the general fund will be distributed among participants who still need financial support.

Ordination Sunday

Please plan to join us on Sunday, July 13th at 9:00 or 11:00 AM as we celebrate the ordination of Michael Kleinschmidt and Ryan Sanderson. This special milestone recognizes their calling and commitment to ministry, and we would love for you to be part of this meaningful moment.

Ongoing Events

All Church Wednesday Nights (On Break)

All Church Wednesday Nights at 7:00 PM. We have classes for Preschool through Adults and serve pizza in the school building at 6:45.

Men’s Group (On Break – Summer Events)

Our Men’s Group meets on Tuesday nights at 7:00 PM in the church basement. The group is studying the book of Mark. All men are welcome to join. If you have any questions or want additional information, please contact Mike Kleinschmidt at mkleinschmidt@churchrefuge.com.

Women’s Bible Study (On Break)

Our Zoom bible study meets on Tuesday nights via Zoom from 7:00 – 8:30 PM. The group is studying 1 Peter. Don't hesitate to get in touch with Sue Scimio at 724-216-2884 or Leslie House at 412-848-3647.

Wednesday Night Adults (On Break)

The sanctuary will be open for a time of prayer and worship beginning at 7:00 PM.

Women’s Group (On Break)

Our Thursday morning women’s group meets on Thursday mornings from 9:30 – 11:00 AM in the church basement. All women are welcome. Please contact Kim Hidalgo at 724-493-0628 if you plan to attend or have any questions.

Young Adult Women’s Bible Study (On Break- Summer Events)

Our Young Adult Women’s bible study meets on Thursday nights from 6:45 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Sanderson’s home, 13500 Lincoln Way, N Huntingdon, PA 15642. The group is studying the "She Reads Truth" study on the book of Romans. Who is invited? All young adult women in their 20's & 30's (single, married & young moms) Questions? Toddler Play Through the Bible

Toddlers (ages 2-4) and their parents/caregivers are invited to join us for a Play Through the Bible group. We meet monthly, from 12:30-1:30 pm, in the church school building. Play Through the Bible sessions include an age-appropriate Bible lesson, snack, and craft. Parents/caregivers are expected to stay with their toddler for the whole time. Moms Fellowship & Play Group (On Break – Summer Events)

Our Moms Fellowship & Play group meets every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month, from 10-12 in the school building gymnasium. The Moms will be walking through the book "Risen Motherhood" and fellowshipping together while their children play. Who is invited? All moms and their kids!
