A tree is only as strong as its roots are deep. The steady, fruitful life we long for doesn’t come from trying harder on the surface — it grows underground, in the hidden work of staying close to God. These 21 days are an invitation to sink down deep, and to stay.

Each day carries one verse and concept, prayers for morning, afternoon, and evening, and a For Families section — a simple way to grow the theme at home with your children.
How to Use This Guide
The Verse & Concept
Read the verse slowly, then the concept beneath it. Read it again, slowly. Let it name the day’s theme before you pray, and carry one line of it with you.
Morning Prayer
Pray it as the day begins — to root yourself in God before the day’s demands compete for your attention.
Afternoon Prayer
A midday return to what matters. Wherever the day has taken you, this is a moment to reconnect your roots to God.
Evening Prayer
Pray it as the day closes — to rest, to let the day’s growth settle, and to sink your roots a little deeper overnight.
Reflect
One honest question. Sit with it, journal it, or talk it through.
For Families
A simple concept and prayer to grow the theme at home with your children — through conversation, a small activity, and praying together.
Day 21: Stay Rooted
“Abide in me, and I in you... I am the vine; you are the branches.”
- John 15:4–5
Concept
The last word isn’t “try harder” — it’s “remain.” Everything you’ve grown these 21 days stays alive one way: connected to the Vine. The rooted life you’ve been building isn’t somewhere you have to go. Stay rooted. Let the life keep flowing.
Morning Prayer
Lord, this morning I choose to stay rooted — not visit, stay. Teach me to remain in You through everything today holds. I’m not going back to shallow ground. Amen.
Afternoon Prayer
Father, keep me connected to the Vine this afternoon. Apart from You I can do nothing; rooted in You, the life keeps flowing. I remain in You. Amen.
Evening Prayer
Jesus, this journey ends but the roots remain. Keep growing me for a lifetime, not just 21 days. Remain in me the way You promised, and I will remain in You. Amen.
Reflect: What one or two things will you keep doing to stay rooted after these 21 days end?
For Families
Concept
Hold up a branch and a whole plant. Remind everyone: cut off from the vine, a branch dies; connected, it keeps growing fruit. Read John 15:4–5 together. Ask: “What will help our family stay rooted in Jesus after these 21 days?” Make a simple plan — one or two things you’ll keep doing. Write them down and pray them in.
Family Prayer
Jesus, we want to stay rooted in You — not just for 21 days, but for life. Help our family remain in You, and remain in us the way You promised. Amen.
